  • Future opportunities.

Content Submission

All submitted content is subject to review.

Harvest reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject submissions.
  • Remove submissions.
  • Remove creators from campaigns.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.

Prohibited Activity

Users may not:

  • Submit fraudulent content.
  • Artificially inflate views or engagement.
  • Use bots or purchased traffic.
  • Misrepresent performance data.
  • Attempt to manipulate campaign results.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they create.

By submitting content through Harvest, users grant Harvest a non-exclusive right to review, display, and evaluate submitted content for campaign administration purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Harvest shall not be liable for:

  • Lost earnings.
  • Lost business opportunities.
  • Platform interruptions.
  • Third-party platform actions.
  • Algorithm changes on TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms.

Account Termination

Harvest may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

Modifications

Harvest may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
