Harvest Creator Terms

Campaign Participation

Participation in Harvest campaigns is not guaranteed.

Harvest reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, limit, or remove any creator from any campaign or from the platform at its sole discretion.

Campaign eligibility requirements may vary by campaign and may change at any time.

Submission Requirements

To qualify for payment, all submitted content must:

• Follow the campaign brief.
• Use the required sound, asset, or content format when applicable.
• Remain publicly available on the applicable platform.
• Comply with all platform policies and community guidelines.
• Be submitted through the Harvest platform when required.
• Be approved by Harvest.

Submission of content does not guarantee payment.

Harvest reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet campaign requirements, even if such content receives views, engagement, or other platform activity.

Payment Eligibility

Creators are eligible for payment only on approved submissions.

Harvest reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine:

• Whether a submission qualifies for payment.
• Eligible view counts.
• CPM calculations.
• Campaign compliance.
• Final payout amounts.

All payment determinations made by Harvest are final.

Campaign Completion

Campaigns remain active until the campaign budget has been fully allocated or until the campaign is otherwise closed by Harvest.

A campaign is considered completed when it is marked complete within the Harvest platform.

Payment Timing

Approved creator earnings may be paid up to thirty (30) days following campaign completion.

While payments are often processed sooner, Harvest does not guarantee payment within any shorter timeframe.

Payment processing times may vary based on PayPal's systems and policies. Harvest does not guarantee any delivery timeframe once a payment has been submitted to PayPal.

PayPal Payments

All creator payments are processed through PayPal.

Creators are responsible for:

• Maintaining an active and valid PayPal account.
• Providing accurate PayPal account information.
• Resolving any issues with PayPal directly.

Harvest is not responsible for:

• PayPal account limitations.
• Frozen accounts.
• Holds placed by PayPal.
• Delayed PayPal transfers.
• Payment rejections.
• Account verification issues.
• Currency conversion fees.
• Transaction fees charged by PayPal.
• Any other PayPal-related issues beyond Harvest's control.

A payment shall be deemed made once Harvest has successfully transmitted the payment through PayPal to the PayPal account provided by the creator.

If a creator provides incorrect PayPal information, Harvest shall not be responsible for any resulting delays, losses, failed payments, or payments sent to an incorrect recipient.

Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Purchased views.
• Bot traffic.
• Artificial engagement.
• Engagement exchanges.
• Manipulated analytics.
• Fraudulent submissions.
• Multiple accounts used to manipulate payouts.
• Any attempt to artificially inflate campaign performance.

If Harvest determines that fraudulent activity has occurred, Harvest may:

• Reject submissions.
• Reverse earnings.
• Withhold payments.
• Suspend accounts.
• Permanently terminate accounts.

Right to Audit

Harvest reserves the right to review submissions, analytics, performance metrics, account activity, and related information to verify eligibility for compensation.

Creators agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Creators participate in Harvest as independent contractors.

Nothing contained within Harvest creates any employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or similar relationship between Harvest and any creator.

Creators are solely responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.

No Guarantee of Earnings

Harvest does not guarantee:

• Campaign acceptance.
• Campaign availability.
• Minimum earnings.
• Future opportunities.
• Any specific performance outcome.

Past results do not guarantee future earnings.

Platform Changes

Harvest may modify campaigns, payout structures, platform features, eligibility requirements, creator policies, payment methodologies, or platform functionality at any time.

Account Suspension and Termination

Harvest reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate creator accounts at any time for violations of these Creator Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of the platform, or any activity deemed harmful to Harvest, its clients, other creators, or the platform.

Final Determination

All decisions regarding campaign participation, submission approval, eligibility, compliance, view qualification, and payments are made solely by Harvest and shall be final and binding.
